    This restaurant grade food probe works in tandem with the Intelligent Temperature Control system to measure the internal temperature of whatever you’re cooking. Once the food reaches the desired temperature, the ITC automatically reduces the grill temperature to the warm (the lowest set point).

    Our form-fitting grill covers give your Memphis Grill an extra level of protection from the exterior elements.
